Mark & Terry were AMAZING when I found myself stranded the other day! I'd had my vehicle in to another shop just before Christmas & was told my tires would be great until summer... I ended up having one blow out. When I got to Trades, Mark checked & ALL 4 tires were completely worn! Mark called around to get me the best deal on a set of tires the drove to St. Albert & back to get them. While we waited Terry got my van ready so that once the the tires arrived, I was back on the road in minutes. Both guys are SUPER friendly & turned what could have been a VERY bad day into just a little bump in the road. Thanks guys :)
Drove out to Trades today to have a check-up and oil change. My mechanic, Terry, is the best! He checked everything over carefully and did more than he needed to service my Jeep. Reasonable prices too! I won't trust my Jeep to anyone else going forward. Well worth the nice drive for the friendly and competent service! Highly recommended.January 9, 2018Drove out again for Terry to so some more work for me, CV joint and boots. Terry is the best, he explains everything so I understand. I made a mistake a few days earlier and took my Jeep to another automotive shop, just for a lightbulb and they broke my light!! Terry fixed it and showed me how to do it by myself next time so I don't have to deal with shoddy workmanship from other places. Long story short, no one else is going to touch my Jeep from now on! Again, highly recommended!
Purchased from us online one part. They arranged shipping. It was agreed they pay all shipping. We got stuck with $250.74 in expenses. In addition Mark tried to say he didnt receive it and wanted a refund. Fortunately, I was able to prove he received it. Watch doing business with this guy. He is not a professional and uses profanity and threats. And now we are out $250.74 not worth the time to file charges. But hopefully I can save someone else from an experience like we had
Just fantastic service! They worked on my fleet Vehicle and I was blown away by how professional and nice I was treated. one of the best auto Mechanics I have ever dealt with. they are above and beyond the most ethical people in automotive i have dealt with. I went in for several major services expecting a couple of thousand dollars in service. after a couple of hours they called me and said it did not need any of the major services i needed and the total bill for the work was under $400. will definitely take my cars there for any work i need done. also very friendly group of people
